When we work on a project we take into consideration several key components to ensure we make the story as relevant and interesting as possible for its intended audience. To do this, we do some homework even before our first meeting with our clients. We will research what services your company offers or what products your company sells and we will search to see what videos have already been done in order to discuss what new ideas we can bring to the project.
The pre production phase includes conversations with our clients to discuss the purpose of the video and how we will tell the story. We consider where best to shoot the video to capture the essence of the main character, whether that be a person offering a service or a new product being launched. We decide if shooting on location will add to the story or if we need to shoot in a studio against a green screen so that we can add graphics.
We collaborate with our clients to write a script and make the necessary revisions. We then create a storyboard that includes different camera shots to go along with the scenes. We share this online with our clients so they can be aware of the progress of the project and to be able to offer input if desired.
The video may be shot in studio or on location depending on the designed plan. We are aware that not everyone is comfortable in front of a camera, so we have prepared a tip sheet on how to present on camera. We also have experienced directors who can help make the presenter comfortable and offer direction and guidance on how to deliver the message. We also can hire a professional presenter if need be.
Interviewing our subjects’ gives a video a more natural feel and can allow the subjects to express themselves more freely. We develop interview questions based on our research.
We use state of the art HD cameras, professional lighting and sound equipment to ensure the highest quality footage.
Depending on the scope of the project, our team of editors include animators, graphic specialists and sound technicians. All work must be approved by our clients before the final version is created. We include royalty stock music or can have customized music composed to impart a specific feeling to the video. Once approved, we will publish the videos. We can create a customized YouTube channel and we will research the keywords, and add descriptions and tags to ensure the videos are optimized to be found and seen.
